NEED add an ED and NEEDED

Need and Needed.   


Need is to be comfortable and to sustain.  Our survival needs are air, sleep, food, clothing and shelter.  Our needs for happiness include contact and touch. 


 We each prioritize our needs differently. 


Needed is much more complicated and adds to the challenges of life. We all want to be needed, provide input, to be asked, to be complimented, to be noticed.  We are unique and desire connection and love.  Needed is to have a sense of being, a member of a family, group or culture.  Our self-esteem is related to being needed, being helpful, providing and contributing to others and society.  


Share your appreciation for others, contribute to their needed.  Appreciating those in our daily lives can be as simple as a smile, saying thank you, opening a door, commenting on someone's appearance or thoughtful gestures. 


 Be attentive to your surroundings and share your appreciation for others
