How I Become a Social Media EXPERT!?

Farm and ranch kid to social media expert.  It all starts 40 miles from anywhere or nowhere.  Lots of outdoor work and play. Sunshine for hours. I do LOVE sunshine. One room schoolhouse that taught me how to study, and how to learn.  Do you know how to learn?  You don't focus on learning everything is he main way to learn.  START - GO - LEARN.  

While I was working and playing outside, my skin was aging. No skincare routine and no SUNSCREEN.  DAMN!!  Let's go back to school - I loved school.  I excelled in math and science.  

When I got into college I noticed my skin was looking tired, large pores, and looked much older than friends.  I didn't eat well, take of my body or skin.  Perhaps too many years of partying and of course the SUNSHINE.  Oh, I really liked college - studied marketing and management, boys and drinking, not necessarily in that order.

While networking at an event a young lady, who is now one of my best friends,  shared a line of skincare she was using.  I tried it - HOLY shit, it works.  My sun damage was turning around.  My skin was changing.  My confidence was changing.  Magic was happening!!

My skincare results were so drastic, I was getting comments daily about my skin.  My friend was a consultant for the skincare company and offered me a position with her.  I said YES.  

All new business venture for me.  The learning curve was severe.  I made myself an outline, what to learn and went to work.  Did I mention this business is an online business!!??  I didn't touch a computer until college and then we has a DOS system.  Ask your grandparents, if you don't know what a DOS system is.  No WINDOWS!! That makes me giggle. 

I learned how to create a landing page, CRM's for customer info, newsletter creation, created social media accounts, wrote a profile that sell, took writing classes, understood customer buying preferences, developed caption writing, became a content writer, sales and marketing for small businesses, teaching social media techniques, video capturing, learned reel/video capabilities, auditing social media accounts, AND became a social media EXPERT. SHIT this is amazing.
